A project of six unique villas nestling in the old Bali village. Positioned for privacy to each other, and to gain the most from the excellent sea views. The plot will have a shared pool and a "can all use" traditional brick built barbecue. Each villa will be built on a plot of approx. 135 m2, and there will be a parking space for each property. The finished plot will be landscaped with proper roads and lighting. Each dwelling will have two bed rooms and two toilet / shower rooms. Both bedrooms have handcrafted fitted wardrobes. The dining room and full fitted kitchen are upstairs to benefit from the beautiful surroundings. It boasts a large veranda to relax the days and evenings away. Or to sit and read under the wooden pergola. Two of the villas will have a basement 35m2 (external entrance) to make a studio, more bedrooms, or workshop; or to keep it for storage. The other four will have a garage / storage aprox. 15m2. Bali is a beautiful area on the North coast. The “Blue Flag" beaches are clean and safe and offer water sports of all kind. There are many tavernas, supermarkets and shops. Bali has many archaeological sites close by and is known for walkers and hikers to tread these paths to see great sights – including the many varieties of wild flowers in spring.
